How do I get started?

Download ShipMates from the App Store, create an account, complete your profile, and add your cruise details. You'll then be able to see and connect with other passengers on your cruise.

Is ShipMates free to use?

Yes! ShipMates is free to download and use. We may offer premium features in the future.

How do I report inappropriate behavior?

Tap on any user's profile and select "Report User." You can also block users directly from their profile. All reports are reviewed by our safety team.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data.

I'm not seeing other cruisers. Why?

Make sure you've added your cruise details (ship name, sailing date, departure port). You'll only see passengers on the same cruise as you.

How do I verify my email?

Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a verification email from ShipMates. Click the link to verify. You can request a new verification email from your Profile settings.
